W dniach 16-28 kwietnia w edynburskim kinie Filmhause odbędzie się już czwarta edycja New Europe Film Festival- festiwalu, który ma na celu przybliżenie szkockiej widowni realiów życia oraz kulturę krajów z których pochodzą ich nowi sąsiedzi, a także zachęcenie do dyskusji na temat dzisiejszego obrazu Europy. Festiwal stara się pokazać portret Nowej Europy, a w szczególności młodych ludzi z tego regionu.
